These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of emergencyroofingsolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by Emergency Roofing Solutions, LLC (“Emergency Roofing Solutions,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information on the Site
The content on the Site, including descriptions of services, materials, pricing ranges, timelines and insurance information, is for general information only. It is not a quote, a contract or professional, legal or insurance advice. Every roof is different, so the details of any work we do are set out only in a written estimate or contract signed by you and Emergency Roofing Solutions.
2. Free Inspections and Estimates
Requesting a free inspection or estimate through the Site does not obligate you to buy anything. Estimates are based on what we can see and measure at the time of inspection and may change if hidden damage or other conditions are found once work begins. Any such change will be discussed with you before additional work is done.
3. Contracts and Warranties
All roofing work is governed by the written contract for that job, including its price, scope, payment terms, schedule and warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.
4. Insurance Claims
We can inspect and document storm damage, provide estimates and meet with your insurance adjuster at your request. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or law firm. We do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and we cannot promise that your insurance company will approve a claim or the amount it will pay. Decisions about your claim are made by your insurance company under your policy.
5. Emergency Services
We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and work to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible. Actual response and arrival times depend on weather, safety conditions, demand after major storms and crew availability, and are not guaranteed. If you face an immediate danger such as fire, electrical hazards or structural collapse, call 911 first.
6. Forms, Photos and Communications
When you submit a form, photos or other information through the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any photos of the property. You allow us to use what you submit to respond to you and provide our services. We will not publish photos you send us in a way that identifies you or your property without your permission. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Text Message Program
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring messages from Emergency Roofing Solutions, which may include customer care responses, appointment reminders, project updates and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 8. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews shown on the Site come from real customers on third-party platforms such as Google. Results described in reviews or project examples are specific to those projects and do not guarantee the same results for your property.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s operation or using automated tools to collect content from it.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photos, logos, graphics and design, belong to Emergency Roofing Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergency Roofing Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our responsibilities for roofing work are governed by your written contract.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emergency Roofing Solutions and its owners, employees and contractors from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless your written contract says otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
